An absence report offers a detailed overview of member absences within a group. You can generate customized reports based on specific criteria, such as date ranges and selected members.
You can view absence data in two ways: in the application and in a PDF report.
When you filter data in the Reports page, you see absence information directly in the application, not in a report. To generate an absence report, you must configure the print report settings in Print absence report and then print the report.
- In the side menu, select Scheduling

- Select Absences and Availability.
- At the top of the page, select Reports. The Reports page appears. By default, absences for all members over the last period is appear.
Note: To see absences for a member, select the number in the Absences total column, next to the member’s name. - In Filters, configure these settings:
- By schedule period: Choose an active period.
- By date range: Choose the dates range.
- Select the days to take into account: Choose the days of the week.
- Holidays calculation: Include or exclude holidays.
- Absence categories: Choose absence categories.
- Members: Choose members.
- Select Apply. A red number appears next to the filter to indicate the number of criterion that you applied.
Note: The filters only apply to the information that you see on screen, not the PDF absence report. - To generate an absence report, select Print absence report
and then configure these print settings:
- Report type: Select Member or Week.
- Start date: Select a start date for the report.
- End date: Select an end date for the report.
- Plannable members: Select members.
- Print format: Select the print output.
- Select Print. The report opens in PDF format.
