Generate an absence report

You can generate a report of your absences for a specific period.

  1. In the side menu, select Calendar Scheduling_Icon.png. Your calendar opens.
  2. To the left of the calendar, select My absences.
  3. At the top of the page, select Reports. The Absence reports page opens.
  4. Choose date range and then select Apply.
  5. To print the report, in the top right corner, select Printer_AbsenceReport_icon.png .
  6. In Groups, select a group, if applicable.
  7. Select the start and end dates of the reporting period.
  8. In Print format, select the page layout of the report.
  9. Select Print.
