Accept a Marketplace shift

You can accept shifts posted on Marketplace. These shifts are available as transfers or trades.

Web app

You can find Marketplace requests in My Calendar or under Shift trades (Marketplace tab).

1. In the side menu, select Calendars . Your calendar opens.
2. Select a Marketplace shift. Marketplace shifts appear with a pin .
3. Do one of these steps:
   • To accept a transfer, in the Offers tab, locate the offer and then select Accept.
   • To accept a trade, select Offer trade. In Propose a shift, select a blue date. Select the shift to trade and then select Continue. Select Send.

Mobile app 

1. Next to My Calendar, tap .
2. Tap Shift Trades. The Marketplace tab appears by default. 
3. Select a Marketplace shift.
4. Accept the shift or offer a shift in return. 

Note: To respond to a trade or transfer request for one of your shifts, tap My activity. You can accept the request, offer a shift in exchange, or refuse it.
