The Dashboard, also called Console, aggregates on-call and clinic schedule information of your hospital scheduling groups. The Dashboard lets group members and planners view shift assignments and uncovered shifts in real-time. Administrators use the Dashboard to quickly resolve coverage gaps by contacting planners and assigning members.
The information in the Dashboard appears in a calendar format and refreshes every two minutes to reflect schedule changes. Users can select views, layouts, and filters to refine their display.
Note: The display options and actions in the Dashboard vary depending on the member access rights. The available scheduling groups that appear depend on the layout that the user selects.
