Medical billing agents play a key role in the healthcare system by managing administrative processes that support patient care.
The Document upload feature helps billing agents streamline claim creation by centralizing the intake of documents. Using this feature reduces processing time and improves organization.
Upload a document in these file formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPEG, TIFF, and GIF. Once uploaded, documents convert to PDF.
Note: Install and maintain up-to-date antivirus software on your computer. Antivirus software helps keep files clean and intact and reduces the risk of upload errors.
Use the Document upload feature to:
- Upload documents
- Add metadata manually or by using automatic data extraction
- Edit metadata
- Delete documents
- Search for documents
- Archive documents
- Restore archived documents
- Perform the same action on multiple items (edit, update, archive, restore, delete)
