How to pay an invoice from a reminder email

You can pay your bills by clicking on the Pay now button in the reminder email. The button link remains active for 30 days.

Important: if the button is no longer active, pay from the PetalMD platform or contact Support for assistance.

Follow these 4 steps:

1. Click on the Pay Now button in the reminder email. You will be redirected to the payment portal.
   
   
   
   

2. From the portal, which presents the summary of your invoices,

   • Select the bills to pay,
   • Click on Pay now to make payment.
   
   
   
   
3. Select an existing payment method on file or use a different payment method. Then, Pay now.
   
   
   
   
4. To add credit card information, complete the form provided for this purpose. Save this payment method to your file for use in future transactions.
