You can add, update, or remove phone numbers on your Petal account. You manage how members contact you.
Tip: There are cases where the hospital dashboard administrator manages phone numbers in the registry. To update these numbers, contact your hospital dashboard administrator.
- From the side menu, access your profile by selecting your initials (or picture).
- In My profile, select Contact information.
- In General information, go to Display settings.
- Select Add a number.
- In Number 1, configure these settings:
- Number type: Select the type of phone number.
- Number: Select the country associated with the number and then enter the are code and phone number.
- Extension: Enter the extension number, if applicable.
- Preference: Indicate how you want members to contact you, if applicable,
- Note displayed on the hospital dashboard: Enter additional information regarding the number. This information is visible on the hospital dashboard. For example, you can indicate that this is the number for your country house.
- In Display within the application, configure these settings:
- Schedule groups: Indicate if you want this number to be visible to members of your schedule groups in the group calendar.
- Contacts: Indicate if you want this number to be visible in the contact list for members of your groups: schedule, non-schedule, and messaging.
- In Display withing the hospital dashboard, select one of these options:
- Do not display: The number is not visible on the hospital dashboard.
- Phone registry: This number is only visible by members who have access to the phone registry on Web and mobile hospital dashboards.
- All members: This number is visible by all users of the hospital dashboard on the Web and mobile versions, as well as for users of the public console.

to arrange your phone numbers in the order that you want contacts to reach you.
- To remove a number, select
