Receive notifications from the Petal app and the Petal for Physicians app when Do Not Disturb is on

You can receive notifications from the Petal app and the Petal for Physicians app on your device when the Do not disturb setting is on. Configure your device to allow these notifications.

Note: The steps to configure notifications on your device differ depending on the device and on the version of the mobile operating system. For more information, consult the user documentation for your device.

iOS

1. In Settings, tap Focus.
2. In Focus, tap Do Not Disturb.
3. In Do not Disturb, under Silence Notifications, tap Apps.
4. Tap Allow Notifications From.
5. Tap Add Apps. A list of your apps appears in alphabetical order.
6. Choose Petal Health.
7. Tap Done.

Note: There are other default Focus modes, such as sleep and work. Configure each of these modes to receive notifications from the mobile apps, if applicable.

Android

1. In Settings, tap Notifications.
2. Tap Do Not Disturb.
3. In Allowed during Do not disturb, tap App notifications.
4. Tap Add apps and then choose Petal Health.
5. Tap Done.
