- From the left menu, select Calendars

- Select Groups.
- Open the relevant group calendar.
- Select Display options.
- Select Shifts to show shift details.
- Identify days with shortage shifts by using the visual indicator on the calendar.
- Hover over the indicator to view the number of shortage shifts for a specific day.
- In the calendar, review shift labels:
- Gold indicates a shortage shift
- Grey indicates an Open shift
Note: A shaded calendar indicates an unpublished schedule.
