Distribution lists are a great way to accelerate your work. By using a distribution list, you can send a message or an invitation to a group of recipients that you often contact together.
- In the side menu, select Contacts
. The All contacts page opens.
- In the side menu, next to Distribution lists, select
. The Create a new list page opens.
- Configure these settings:
- List name: Type the name of your list.
- People: Select specific members from your contact list.
- Add groups: Select the groups to include in the distribution list.
- Account types included: Determine which account types to include in the list. To include all members of a group in a distribution list, select all groups.
- At the top of the page, select Create List. You new distribution list appears under Distribution lists in the side menu.
