To use desktop notifications, you must first inform your browser that you accept notifications as follows:
Then you can use the settings to decide which notifications you want to receive. It is impossible to ignore urgent messages and direct mentions, but you have the option to receive (or not) chat-type messages and non-urgent hospital communications.
Note that if you are active on your mobile device at the same time as the web, mobile notifications will be preferred, and you will not receive notifications on your computer.
Finally, you will be alerted for all unread urgent messages after a certain delay. It's up to you to choose this delay in the section "Sending email notifications".
