Change assignment from dashboard

You can now modify the assignments in the dashboard without the need to have an account in the scheduling groups.

This feature is only possible through special permission that can be added int he Member section, if you have access to it. The permission is called: Change assignment from dashboard

This permission can be given only to members who are part of the dashboard group.

1. Editing an existing assignment:

A. In the dashboard, select the shift containing the assignment to modify.

 

B. In the right panel, click on the button: Edit assignment

C. A list of all members who can do this shift will be displayed with their status at the time of the shift.

D. Click on the name of the physician who will take this shift and click on Edit

E. The physician will be replaced by the new selected.

F. The change is reflected in real-time in the dashboard and in the scheduling group calendar.

G. Only physician involved in this transaction will receive notifications.

 

H. The history of the members affected by this shift movement, as well as the history of the scheduling group will be updated with this transaction with the mention that the change was made via the dashboard. The name of the person making the change will also be available in the history.

 

2. Adding a new physician to a shift

A. In the dashboard, select the shift containing the assignment for which we want to add a physician.

B. In the right panel, click on the button at the bottom: Assign member

- It is possible to assign an additional physician for a shift for which the maximum required has not been reached or on a red shift: No physician assigned

C. A list of all members who can do this shift will be displayed with their status at the time of the shift.

D. Click on the name of the physician who will take this shift and click on Assign.

E. The physician will be added. 

F. The change is reflected in real-time in the dashboard and in the scheduling group calendar.

G. Only physician involved in this transaction will receive notifications.

H. The history of the members affected by this shift, as well as the history of the scheduling group will be updated with this transaction with the mention that the change was made via the dashboard. The name of the person making the change will also be available in the history.

 

 

3. Remove a physician from a shift.

A. In the dashboard, select the shift containing the removal to do.

B. In the right pane, click on the button at the bottom: Remove assignment.

- It is possible to remove a physician on a shift for which the minimum required will be respected.

C. Click on the name of the physician to remove if more than one physician, otherwise, confirme the removal.

D. Click on Remove

E. The physician will be removed. 

F. The change is reflected in real-time in the dashboard and in the scheduling group calendar.

G. Only physician involved in this transaction will receive notifications.

H. The history of the members for which we removed this shift, as well as the history of the scheduling group will be updated with this transaction with the mention that the change was made via the dashboard. The name of the person making the change will also be available in the history.
