New features March 2018

 
The development of self-service modules continues to evolve. Here are the news of the last weeks.

1. A new Period list is now available for planners, allowing better tracking of these and their states. In addition, we have freed up space by placing pas periods in another tab, leaving more room for the actual period and future.

2. Manage your group settings. You can change some of your scheduling group settings to reflect the correct values in time.

3. Edit period parameters. Now available via the new Period list. Editing periods allows you to change the name of the periods, the deadline for absences entry, and the reminders to members for entering them.

 4. The logic of the phone numbers has been changed slightly, to meet your needs. For existing data, the phone numbers available for the hospital dashboard will no longer be available in the contact menu. The available phone numbers for the scheduling groups will also be available for the contact menu. On the other hand, the new options offered propose you to configure each of the phone numbers available on the platform as you wish according to 4 criteria:

  1. Hospital dashboard only
  2. Scheduling group only
  3. Contact menu only
  4. No selection: Only you
  5. All multiple selections are also possible
