Not all patients make an appointment after receiving an automated reminder. Could this affect the sending of reminders for other patients on the list?

Depending on how your clinic works, you can decide the success rate of appointments filled by patients after receiving a reminder.

This success rate dictates the percentage of patients to contact before starting the next list. It must be configured when creating the list.


From the PetalBooking interface:

  1. Recalls lists section
  2. Create a recall list of patients to contact
  3. Check the Cohort box
  4. Indicate the Reminders fill ratio (in %).
  5. Save.
