Mobile operating system versions that are compatible with the new Petal app

The new Petal app is compatible with specific versions of Android and iOS mobile operating systems.

To use the new Petal app, install the correct version of the mobile operating system.

Android

Android 12 or higher.

iOS

iOS 14 or higher.

 

The new Petal app does not support earlier versions of Android or iOS mobile operating systems.
