To view and approve all the absences requests for your group, follow the steps below.
For group planners, Petal provides a view of member absences that can be customized by selecting the following filtering options:
You can also filter according to the absences request status: Awaiting approval, To process, Completed. |

- Connect to Portal with a planner profile
- Have access to Group's calendar

Home page > Left menu > Scheduling> Absences
Steps
1. From your left menu bar, click on Scheduling, then select Absences.
2. Click on the Approval table tab, which opens by default.
By default, the data related to the absences for all your group members is displayed.
3. Select a Calendar or List view by clicking on the filters on the right.
4. Select the absences request status that you wish to see: Awaiting approval, To process, Completed.
5. If you wish to display the data for the past year, activate the slide button.
6. To customize further your list and see more detailed data, use the available filter options:
- Absence categories
- Members
- Teams
Filter | Description |
Absence categories The absence categories are configured under the Categories tab. |

Members You can select one or more member(s). |

Teams You can select one or more team(s). |
7. Click on Apply.
(i) When a filter is activated, a red indicator is displayed. |
8. Click on the down arrow and select Reset to delete one filter option or click Reset all filters.
