To generate absence reports for your group, follow the steps below.
Petal allows to generate and export customized reports for absences by selecting the following options:

Prerequisite
- Connect to Portal with a planner profile
- Have access to Group's calendar

Home page > Left menu > Scheduling> Absences
Steps
1. From your left menu bar, click on Scheduling, then select Absences.
2. Click on the Reports tab.
By default, the data related to the absences for all members over the last period is displayed.
3. To see the detailed absences for a member, click on the number in the Absences total column.
4. To customize your report and see more detailed data, use the available filter options:
- Period or date range
- Days and holidays
- Absence categories
- Members
Filter | Description |
Schedule period or Date range Choose an existing period or define the dates range. |

Days and holidays Select the days of the week and whether to include the holidays. |

Absence categories The absences categories are configured under the Categories tab. |
|
Members You can select one or more members. |
5. Click on Apply.
(i) When a filter is selected, a red indicator is displayed. |
6. Click the down arrow next to the filter and click on Reset to delete a specific filter or click Reset all filters.
To export the report
1. Click on the printer icon.
2. Select the following options for the report:
(i) The selected filters on the screen are not retained for the printable report. |
- Select the layout for the view to be: By Member (weekly view) or for the Week (all selected members)
- Select the dates range: Start date and End date
- Select one or more members
3. Click on Print.
The report is generated in PDF.
