To receive and view notifications for open shifts or shortage shifts by email, follow the instructions below.

The following emails include notifications for open shifts : Week Schedule : This email is sent on Monday and contains the schedule for the week as well as the open shifts. Period Schedule : This email is ent upon the publication of the schedule for a period and contains the schedule for the period as well as the open shifts. |

Steps
Activate notifications for weekly digest

From the left menu bar, click on your profile.

Select Notification preferences.

Under Email subscription, select Weekly Digest.
View your schedule for the upcoming week
If the Weekly Digest under Email subscription is activated, you will receive your weekly schedule by email.
The email includes the following information :

Your schedule for the week
-
Total number of shifts to complete (open shifts and shortage shifts) for the upcoming week

The first 5 entries listed are the shortage shifts in chronological order

(i) If there are less than 5 shortage shifts in the week, open shifts will be displayed. |
View the new published schedule for your group
Upon publication of the group schedule for the group, you will receive a notification email.

(i) This notification email cannot be deactivated. |
The email includes the following information :

Total number of shifts to complete (open shifts and shortage shifts) for the published period

The first 5 entries listed are the shortage shifts in chronological order
