Editing or deactivating an administrator

To modify an administrator information or deactivate the account, follow the steps below.

An administrator for which the Status is Inactive has no access to the platform.



1. Click on Settings in the left menu bar.

2. Select Administrators.

3. Select an administrator's name from the list to review the admin's information.

4. Select the General tab.

5. Edit the First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Phone Number and Email if applicable.

6. To remove the admin's account, change the Status to Inactive.

7. In the Locations tab, select or unselect the locations that the administrator manages if applicable.

8. For each selected location, add a checkmark to to enable Shift Email Notifications.

9. Click  Save to retain any modifications.
