To configure the period of time during which absence entry is allowed for a period, follow the steps below.
For each calendar group, it is possible define the absences' properties such as defining:
Planner’s rights are required to modify absences' configuration. |
Prerequisite
- Connect to Portal with a planner profile
- Have access to Group's calendar
Access in Petal

Home page > Left menu > Scheduling> Absences
- Home page > Left menu > Scheduling> Periods
Steps
1. From your left menu bar, click on Scheduling, then select Absences.
2. Click on the Blockings tab.
The Absence blocking by period list allows to activate or deactivate the absences entry for your group.
3. In the Absence blocking column, click on the green slider corresponding to the period.
The slider turns red to indicate that the absence entry is deactivated.
From Periods

From your left menu bar, click on Scheduling, then select Periods.

Under the Current period tab, click on the green slider to block or allow absences entry for the period.
