Viewing open shifts after being assigned on the group calendar

To view the assigned shifts on the group schedule  (initially open or shortage shifts), follow the steps below.

Prerequisites

• Connect to Portal with a planner profile

• Resources have been assigned to previously open or shortage shifts

Access in Petal

• Home page > Left menu > Calendars > Groups > (Your group)

Steps

1. The group calendar (displayed by Shifts) shows the assigned shifts as well as the assigned resources.

2. All assigned shifts (including previously open of shortage shifts) are displayed under Calendars, under My calendar of the assigned resource.
