1. Go to the Calendar menu
2. Click on My absences
3. Click on the Limits tab
4. Limits are created by your group's administrator and not all groups have limits. If your group doesn't have absence entry limits, you will see this:
If your group has configured absence limits, you can track how many absences you have entered in PetalMD in comparison to the absence limit created by your group:
Your group might allow its members to exceed the configured absence limit and, in that case, an approval process will be forced on absence requests exceeding that limit. Some groups will want to prevent absence entry over the limit previously established. In that case, a message will inform you that you cannot add another absence since your limit was reached, or that your demand exceeds the configured limit.
