Add multiple shifts at a time
1. Go to the Calendar menu
2. Click on Manage shifts at the top of your screen and then on Add shifts
3. All shifts that can be added to your schedule will appear in your calendar (shift tabs without a background color)
4. Click on shifts you would like to add to your schedule and the Add shifts tab will become clickable
5. Click on Add shifts when you are finished choosing your shifts
6. In the right pane, you will be able to see your selection and generic information about these shifts
7. You can click on Shifts selected to see the shifts details and be able to remove some of them.
8. Click on Save to add these shifts to your calendar
9. Shifts pending approval or in process are identified with a small clock and cannot be added to the calendar
Remove multiple shifts
1. Go to the Calendar menu
2. Click on Manage shifts at the top of your screen and then on Remove shifts
3. All shifts that can be removed from your schedule will appear in your calendar. Only shifts that belong to you can be removed, those pending approval or in process cannot be deleted. Shifts you cannot remove because of your permissions will be identified with a lighter background color and you won't be able to select them.
4. Click on shifts you want to remove
5. Then click on Remove shifts
6. In the right pane, you will be able to see your shifts details
7. To finalize the transaction, click on Remove these shifts and confirm
