Whether a member is eligible or ineligible to be assigned to a shift is determined when the member was added to the group. This information can be edited and is based on the information provided to Petal rather than the physician's actual abilities.
You can have access to all the Ineligible Members by toggling the list; simply click on the arrow. Ineligible members can be added to a shift.
